We are seeking top talent to fill the position of Process Assistant. What will your responsibilities be? Support the gathering of information and documentation of internal and cross-functional processes. Record and update established workflows, procedures, and templates. Collect information from various departments for process analysis. Assist in identifying incidents, rework, and improvement opportunities. Support tracking of defined improvement actions. Assist in preparing and updating progress reports and basic performance indicators. Maintain orderly and up-to-date process documentation. Provide administrative support to continuous improvement initiatives. What do we expect from you? Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 6 months’ experience in process management or improvement. Basic knowledge of process management. Intermediate Excel proficiency. What do we offer you? Positive work environment.
