Professional development in a dynamic and challenging environment. **We seek a Treasury Assistant with an analytical mindset and a continuous improvement orientation** We are looking for a professional who not only executes tasks but also **proposes, optimizes, and creates value** from the Treasury function. **What do we expect from this role?** We seek someone with a critical perspective, results orientation, and the ability to **identify opportunities for improvement in financial processes**, leveraging data analysis tools. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor supplier payment scheduling * Execute and analyze bank reconciliations, identifying variances and improvement opportunities * Prepare and optimize treasury reports (cash flow, forecasts, KPIs) * Support control and analysis of accounts payable and receivable * Propose process improvements, automations, and internal controls for the department * Provide support in managing financial information for decision-making **Key Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields * Experience in treasury, accounting, or finance * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory) * Experience or interest in data analysis tools (Power BI or others) * ERP knowledge (SAP or others) * High level of proactivity, analytical thinking, and continuous improvement orientation **What do we offer?** * A role with real impact on departmental efficiency and optimization * Space to propose and implement improvements * Professional development in a dynamic and challenging environment * Stability and teamwork If you seek a role where you can **go beyond operations and drive impact**, this opportunity is for you.
