Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Advisor to manage sales, provide personalized customer service, and support daily operational coordination at AX ARCHERY, with ongoing training for professional development. A healthy, respectful, and challenging work environment **Are you looking for an opportunity to grow in the commercial field?** At **AX ARCHERY**, you will receive ongoing training to learn how to manage prospects, deliver exceptional service, and build a solid sales career. ***SCHEDULE:*** * Thursday: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM * Friday: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM * Saturday: 8:40 AM to 5:40 PM * Sunday: 8:40 AM to 5:40 PM ***SALARY:*** S/.580.00 \- S/.600.00 per month ***ADDITIONAL BONUSES*** after the probation period or once you begin closing sales. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * **Manage and finalize sales with potential prospects, providing personalized follow-up to drive enrollment and customer loyalty,** as well as supporting daily operational coordination at the branch. * **Conduct follow-up calls, schedule appointments, and accompany prospects throughout their enrollment process.** * Guide and advise prospective customers on our programs, courses, and services, delivering a personalized customer experience. * Record and update customer information, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM and other management tools. * Deliver guided archery demonstrations **as support for the commercial process and the customer experience.** ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Graduate or final-year student in **Business Administration, Physical Education, Sports Sciences, Psychology, Sports Management, or related fields**. * **3 months of experience** in sales and/or customer service — preferred * Basic proficiency in **digital tools** — preferred * ***\*\*\******No prior experience required.
