Manage documentary control and asset status We are Alferza Real Estate Developer, an Arequipa-based company dedicated to creating inspiring and enduring spaces by developing multifamily housing projects to contribute to the development of our city and country; we are seeking talented individuals like you for the position of: CONTRACT LOGISTICS ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Basic knowledge of legal and contractual documentation. Knowledge of the construction sector (desirable). Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Familiarity with digital programs. RESPONSIBILITIES: Draft contracts based on purchase/service orders and coordinate their validation with the Legal Department. Manage contract uploads on digital platforms and conduct follow-up to ensure timely signing. Verify proper contract execution and archiving in established repositories. Track service execution in coordination with user departments. Provide logistical and administrative support to the Procurement Department. Supervise construction site and office warehouses, verifying records and inventory control. Conduct unannounced audits and issue reports on warehouse status. Manage documentary control, inventory, and organizational asset status. Coordinate and approve asset movements (transfers, loans, and/or sales) between warehouses. Manage and validate asset disposal processes with involved departments. Maintain up-to-date information in the S10 system.
