Pleasant work environment We are looking for the ideal candidate for the position of "Audit Analyst" who meets the following profile: Job Objective Provide support in evaluating and improving the company’s financial, operational, and internal control processes, contributing to risk identification, regulatory compliance, and continuous process optimization. Requirements * Degree in Accounting. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar positions. * Strong accounting and financial knowledge. * Experience in internal and/or external auditing. * Proficiency in data analysis, risk assessment, and internal control. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Office tools (desirable). Main Responsibilities: * Conduct reviews and evaluations of the company’s financial, operational, and administrative processes. * Analyze processes, controls, and documentation to identify risks, findings, and improvement opportunities. * Participate in the planning, execution, and follow-up of internal audits. * Prepare audit reports containing observations, conclusions, and recommendations. * Follow up on the implementation of action plans and improvements proposed by the department. * Verify compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. * Provide support in other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
