RESPONSIBILITIES: * Bar cleanliness and organization (MANDATORY). * Ingredient production. * Verification and control of assigned ingredient and product stock. * Cocktail and mocktail preparation. * Re\-stocking of bar products. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor SCHEDULE: * Sunday to Thursday: 5 PM to 1 AM * Friday and Saturday: 5 PM to 3 AM * One fixed weekly day off (non-rotating) REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 3 months of relevant experience preferred. * Must reside in nearby areas \- Lince. * Valid Sanitation Certificate for food handling.
