We are looking for a BIM Modeler. Are you passionate about project development and do you possess advanced technical proficiency in building systems? At AAB PROYECTOS INTEGRALES BIM, we continue to grow and are seeking to onboard a BIM Modeler to work on integrated Architecture, Structural, and MEP projects, with a primary focus on Electrical Installations. What will be your role? Detailed 3D modeling of Architecture and Structural disciplines. Advanced MEP discipline modeling, leading routing and precision for electrical specialties (cable trays, conduits, distribution boards, luminaires, and outlets). Generation of floor plans and technical documentation derived from developed models. Collaborative work with the design team to ensure correct spatial integration of all disciplines. What are we looking for in you? Proven experience as a BIM Modeler across all three disciplines (Architecture, Structures, and MEP). Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit. Technical strength: Solid knowledge of electrical installation design criteria and routing, as well as familiarity with local regulations (National Electrical Code).
