Job Summary: We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Chemist with experience in magistral formulas to implement a pharmaceutical area and ensure compliance with sanitary regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the implementation and opening of a magistral formulas area. 2. Ensure compliance with the Ministry of Health requirements. 3. Advise on procedures, infrastructure, and sanitary supervision. We are looking for a Pharmaceutical Chemist with experience in magistral formulas to participate in the implementation and opening of a magistral formulas pharmaceutical area. **Service Objective:** To receive guidance and expert advice from a qualified professional enabling us to implement the area in accordance with the requirements and provisions established by the **Ministry of Health and the corresponding sanitary authority**, preparing it for the sanitary supervision process. Main Responsibilities * Review and validate the documentation required for implementing the magistral formulas area. * Develop, review, and/or verify SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures for Sanitation) and other required procedures and documents. * Provide guidance on the technical and sanitary requirements the facility must meet. * Advise on materials, equipment, furniture, and technical specifications required for the magistral formulas area. * Assess the conditions of the area and propose necessary modifications. * Guide on procedures and documentation that will be reviewed during sanitary supervision. * Provide advisory support to ensure compliance with applicable requirements for preparing magistral formulas. * Provide technical accompaniment throughout the implementation process until all necessary conditions are met to undergo sanitary supervision. Requirements * Professional degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. * Demonstrable experience and knowledge in magistral formulas. * Experience in implementing, supervising, or adapting pharmaceutical areas (preferred). * Knowledge of sanitary regulations and requirements applicable to magistral formulas. * Experience in developing and/or reviewing SOPs, procedures, and sanitary documentation. * Ability to provide technical guidance regarding infrastructure, equipment, materials, and area conditions.
