Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager, Civil Engineer, or Architect responsible for comprehensive planning and supervision of construction projects to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and budget constraints. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead planning and on-site operations. 2. Supervise project development across all stages. 3. Monitor progress, quality, and costs of the construction project. Our general services company is currently seeking a PROJECT MANAGER who must hold a professional degree and be duly licensed (degree certificate and license certification) in CIVIL ENGINEERING or ARCHITECTURE, and be available to work on-site Monday through Friday, from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., meeting the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: * Hold a professional degree and be licensed in Civil Engineering or Architecture (degree and license certification). * Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects (e.g., execution inspection, expansions, renovations, infrastructure perimeter fencing, and roof waterproofing). * Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience. * **Soil investigation experience (preferred)** * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred. * Competitive market-based salary. FUNCTIONS: * Responsible for planning on-site operations to meet scheduled deadlines, evaluating the performance of assigned personnel. * Supervise, verify, and monitor project progress according to approved drawings, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. * Supervise and control the project throughout all its phases. * Supervise construction development, adding value to meet defined timelines, quality, safety, and cost targets. * Collect and analyze all information related to construction execution. * Report and propose measures to resolve conflicts and service non-compliances. * Supervise material and equipment quality required for the project. * Issue reports on project status and progress, construction risks, valuations, and other project-related matters. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
