Job Summary: A leading real estate management company is seeking cleaning staff to maintain common areas and manage cleaning materials and supplies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain cleanliness in common areas of real estate units. 2. Effectively control cleaning materials and supplies. 3. We seek responsible, organized, and detail-oriented individuals. A prominent real estate management company requires personnel for the Cleaning position in the district of Surquillo. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Keep common areas clean (hallways, elevators, emergency staircases, basements, etc.). * Maintain effective control over cleaning materials and supplies for the real estate unit. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 3 months of experience in similar positions (preferred). * Highly responsible, organized, and detail-oriented. * Availability to work: 6 days per week / 8 hours per day. **MYPE BENEFITS:** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll from day one. * 15 days of annual vacation. * Affiliation with SIS for microenterprises. * Contributions to the pension system (AFP/ONP). * Monthly payments.
