Support in food preparation and kitchen organization At INKA FISH, we are looking for a **Junior Cook** eager to develop professionally within a company dedicated to seafood and Creole cuisine, known for the quality of its preparations and a team-oriented work environment. **Benefits:** * Timely bi-weekly payments. * Meals provided during working hours. * Opportunities for career advancement within the organization. * A positive and collaborative work environment. **Requirements:** * Completion of secondary education. * Availability to work from 8:30 \- 17:30 with breaks Monday through Thursday. * At least one year of experience in similar positions. * Valid health certificate. * Availability to perform duties on-site at our Lince office, located adjacent to Panamericana Televisión. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare necessary ingredients prior to service commencement. * Organize ingredients, utensils, and materials at the workstation. * Assist in preparing basic dishes following established recipes. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen area, adhering to hygiene standards. * Verify the condition, storage, and proper rotation of stored food items. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,600\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
