What will be your challenges? Daily collections management for clients across established service channels. Conduct collections activities in accordance with established protocols. Register client data in CRM systems according to specified procedures. What are we looking for? Completed secondary education; incomplete higher education. Minimum 6 months of experience in collections. Experience and knowledge of negotiation (early-stage portfolio). Important: Work schedule from Monday to Saturday, fully on-site.
