Job Summary: We are seeking a Community Manager to manage and grow the brand's digital presence on social media, strengthen communication with the community, and support business objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Manage digital presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. 2. Create and publish content aligned with the brand and objectives. 3. Promote engagement and brand image within the digital community. Job Description: **Job Objective:** Manage and grow the brand's digital presence on social media, strengthen community communication, increase reach and engagement, and support the company's business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and administer the company's social media platforms: **Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube**. * Create, schedule, and publish content (posts, stories, reels, short and long videos) aligned with the brand and business objectives. * Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and community inquiries. * Moderate the digital community and safeguard the brand's positive image. * Propose content ideas based on trends, campaigns, product launches, and key dates. * Coordinate with the sales or marketing team to support promotions and campaigns. * Analyze basic metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and periodically report results. * Support management of basic paid campaigns (desirable). **Skills and Qualifications:** * Clear and accurate written and visual communication skills. * Creativity and judgment to generate relevant content. * Organizational skills and ability to adhere to publishing schedules. * Practical knowledge of social media platforms and their formats. * Basic proficiency with design or editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Buffer, or others). * Basic ability to analyze metrics. * Prior experience as a Community Manager (desirable but not mandatory). **Benefits:** * Base salary: S/ 1500.00 * Contract from day one. * General labor regime.
