We are seeking a Community Relations Officer to manage service outreach, field monitoring, document systematization, and administrative support for construction projects.

We are currently seeking top talent to join our professional team in the following position:
COMMUNITY RELATIONS OFFICER
WHAT DO WE NEED?:
Graduate and/or Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Communication Sciences, Administration, or related fields.
Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel.
Minimum 06 months of experience in similar or related positions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the monthly planning of police escort services for the field team and submit daily police personnel requests via the Office Track system.
Monitor the field team regarding the digital submission of daily police task sheets and location sharing for physical collection.
Systematize police service task sheets in the Office Track system and deliver physical copies to the Logistics Department weekly.
Process petty cash reconciliation, expense reimbursements, and staff deposits for the department.
Physically systematize department documents: attendance records, project commencement letters, meeting minutes, and other formats.
Prepare materials for the field team: communication logs, meeting minutes, brochures, Safe Work Analyses (SWA), police task sheets, training records, etc.
Coordinate delivery of field personnel’s Safe Work Analyses (SWA) to the HSE Department.
Prepare project commencement letters and manage coding in Calidda’s Pegasus system; submit weekly commencement letter charges to client Calidda.
Maintain weekly tracking of processed commencement letters and report status to supervisors and coordinators.
Request logistical resources for the department: PPE, office supplies, materials, etc.
Review expense reports for External Networks work permits and subsequently submit them to the client.
Provide support in human resources activities (contract renewals, daily and monthly attendance tracking) and team organizational climate.
Support preparation and coordination of judicial proceedings.
Assign internal departmental communication codes and update the communications control matrix.
Support updating the department’s KPI matrix.
Support organization of departmental events: meetings, trainings, inductions, etc.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–11:00 AM.
Work modality: On-site.
