Work Location: Palo Verde Camp, Olmos, Lambayeque Mode: On-site Schedule: Full-time Employment Regime: 11x3 What Are We Looking For? Education Degree in Social Project Management, Project Monitoring and Evaluation, Negotiation, and Conflict Management. Desirable specialization in Corporate Social Responsibility and/or Conflict Resolution. Experience Minimum 2 years in similar positions. Desirable: 4 years of experience in social management, community relations, or related fields. Competencies Effective communication. Negotiation. Teamwork. Organization and planning. Conflict management and stress tolerance. Main Responsibilities Design community engagement strategies and monitor their implementation according to the Structured Corporate Social Responsibility Plan. Conduct Social Risk Monitoring and Analysis that may disrupt the concessionaire’s operational activities. Design strategies for anticipation, resolution, and management of conflicts. Develop proposals for stakeholder management within the project’s area of influence. Facilitate dialogue spaces between the community and the company. Coordinate social programs and projects outlined in the Structured Corporate Social Responsibility Plan.
