Leadership, team management, and technical decision-making **Job Description:** We are currently seeking a highly qualified **Construction Resident Engineer** to join our technical team. This position targets professionals committed to quality, safety, and timely execution of ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE projects, such as: ROADS, PAVEMENTS, BRIDGES. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in **Civil Engineering**, duly licensed and registered with the professional association (mandatory). * **Academic Degree:** **Master's degree** in Road Engineering, Transportation, Road Infrastructure, Project Management, or related fields (mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum 48 **months**, counted from the date of professional licensure, serving as Resident Engineer, Supervisor, or Inspector in the execution, supervision, or inspection of **urban road works** (bike lanes, roadways, sidewalks, pedestrian bridges, urban vehicular bridges, expressways, among others). * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in current technical regulations applicable to road works and technical software such as **AutoCAD, MS Project, Office**, or related tools. * **Competencies:** Leadership ability, field team management, and technical decision-making.
