Responsibilities: — Create and edit audiovisual content (reels, stories, carousels, and images) for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. — Develop scripts and creative concepts aligned with the brand's identity. — Publish consistently according to a content calendar. — Analyze metrics from all three platforms and apply insights to content strategy. Requirements: — Proven experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. — Vertical video editing (CapCut, Premiere or similar) and graphic design (Canva, Illustrator or similar). — Ability to read and interpret metrics. — Creative writing with an emotional tone. — Proactive, organized, and consistent individual. — Portfolio required. — Must reside in Cajamarca (on-site position). Preferred qualifications: Comfort in front of the camera or directing recordings, sensitivity to emotional marketing, and verifiable references.
