




Position Summary: We are seeking a Document Assistant to manage personnel onboarding, coordinate examinations, handle inquiries, and execute HR processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of personnel processes 2. Administrative coordination and follow-up 3. Handling and routing of requests DOCUMENT ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS: - Technical or university graduate in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields. - At least 1 year of experience in the position. - Intermediate Excel proficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage personnel onboarding via web platform. - Coordinate various examinations for employment entry. - Handle inquiries regarding personnel management. - Conduct periodic field visits to address administrative matters. - Route personnel requests to respective department heads. - Manage and execute personnel onboarding and offboarding processes. - Oversee personnel administration activities. - Monitor and track administrative procedures. - Control and track documents. - Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
