




Job Summary: A licensed professional in Architecture/Engineering with experience as a BIM Coordinator to lead the project's BIM management, ensuring model coordination and compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the project's BIM management and model coordination 2. Ensure the quality of BIM deliverables and compliance with standards 3. Coordinate technical teams and construction site Licensed, registered, and authorized professional (Architecture/Engineering) Minimum 2 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and collaborative platforms (Revizto/Autodesk) Knowledge of LOD 300–400, COBie, and Uniclass Main Responsibilities Lead the implementation and enforcement of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) Coordinate models across disciplines and subcontractors Review and ensure the quality of BIM deliverables Lead coordination meetings (ICE) Oversee drawing generation (detailing, fabrication, installation) Manage clashes and model integration Ensure delivery of As-Built models (LOD 400) Objective Lead the project's BIM management, ensuring proper model coordination, drawing generation, and compliance with standards (LOD, COBie, Uniclass), in collaboration with technical teams and the construction site.
