Position Summary: Cost and Budget Analyst specializing in construction project management, with experience in tendering and budget preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in securing new construction contracts. **COST AND BUDGET ANALYST** Grupo Lay is seeking one (01) Cost and Budget Analyst. *\*Note: Candidates not meeting the requirements are requested to refrain from applying.* **KNOWLEDGE:** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * Specialization in Costs and Budgeting. * Knowledge of Construction Project Management. * Knowledge of Valuation and Quantity Surveying. **EXPERIENCE:** * 3 years in similar positions. * Prior experience in the retail sector. * Minimum 3 years handling tenders, costs, budget preparation, quantity take-offs, and valuations for construction projects (buildings, retail). * Minimum 3 years in construction work. * Knowledge of processes, phases, and specialties involved in building projects. * Knowledge of Last Planner, RO (Results Report), and Earned Value. * Knowledge of productivity rates and unit cost analysis. **PROFILE:** * Preparation, planning, and finalization of executive files, cost estimates, and budgets for participation in public and private construction tenders (economic, technical, and management proposals). * Participation in securing new construction contracts for the company. * Preparation and review of ratios by specialty and control items. * Development of a comparative matrix of market unit prices with suppliers. * Selection of equipment, material, and service providers enabling resource optimization. * Monthly preparation of the site Results Report (RO). * Weekly preparation of the site Earned Value Report. * Recording of valuations, subcontracts, and budgets. * Preparation of budgets under various contracting modalities (lump sum, unit prices). **COMPETENCIES:** * Advanced AutoCAD * Advanced MS Project * Advanced S10 Budgeting * Advanced Office Suite * Advanced Excel * Ability to work effectively under pressure * High-level communication with clients * Teamwork * Position Type: Full-time Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.3,000.00 \- S/.3,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
