Bravissimo is a café \- ice cream shop currently searching for top talent to take on the challenge of: Customer service. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service within cafés, restaurants, and/or bakeries (preferred) or related fields. * Immediate availability to work **from 7 a.m. \- 4 p.m. and 3 p.m. \- 12 p.m.** * Weekend availability also required. * Must reside in Chancay. * Long-term employment. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Greet and welcome customers in a courteous and friendly manner. * Present the menu and guide customers regarding products, promotions, and recommendations. * Accurately take orders and promptly relay them to the preparation area. * Serve food and beverages following Bravissimo’s quality and presentation standards. * Monitor customer satisfaction during their visit and address any requests. * Keep tables clean, tidy, and ready for new customers. * Process payments when required and courteously bid farewell to customers. * Comply with company-established hygiene, food handling, and safety regulations. * Help maintain a pleasant atmosphere and deliver an excellent service experience. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Competitive market-aligned salary. * Opportunity for career progression. * Excellent working environment.
