Technical drawings and reports analysis and inter-departmental coordination A leading industrial sector company is looking for a responsible, proactive, and leadership-capable professional to supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities at the plant. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience supervising industrial electrical maintenance. Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, industrial machinery, electrical systems, technical drawing interpretation, and spare parts management. Availability to work from Monday to Saturday in San Juan de Lurigancho. **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise technical staff and electricians. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Assign tasks and verify work quality. Analyze technical drawings and reports. Coordinate with other departments to ensure operational continuity.
