




Job Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Engineer to supervise safety, health, and environmental activities on civil works sites, conducting inspections, training, and risk management. Active participation in awareness campaigns and management tools We are looking for an SSOMA ENGINEER eager to join our team. Requirements: - University graduate in Engineering with 3 years of experience supervising high-risk activities on civil works sites - Registered and Licensed Engineer (desirable) - Diploma or Specialization in Safety, Health, and Environmental Supervision (100 hours), or courses in High-Risk Activity Supervision (working at height, lifting and structural assembly, electrical work, welding and cutting, confined spaces, excavations, demolition) - Advanced Excel - Intermediate Power BI - Intermediate Microsoft Office - Visio - ISO 45001 Responsibilities: - Supervise and authorize field activities for all DINCOM personnel. - Conduct daily SSOMA inspections of DINCOM and its subcontractors, and follow up (with the Direct Supervisor) and close out identified findings. - Actively participate in OSH and Environmental Management awareness campaigns and/or sensitization activities. - Report daily unsafe acts and conditions using RACS tools and WhatsApp groups. - Train personnel on SSOMA matters, aligned with project activities. - Capture photographic evidence of operational controls related to OSH and Environmental Management, both in the field and office. - Lead daily pre-shift safety talks. - Actively support implementation and compliance with management tools at work fronts. - Verify correct use of PPE and safe work procedures in the field. - Supervise high-risk activities such as working at height, hot work, load lifting, and electrical work, ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and permits. - Prepare the final SSOMA dossier upon project completion.
