Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced kitchen assistant with hospitality background to prepare, portion, serve, and control supplies, ensuring quality and hygiene in the kitchen. High sense of responsibility and results orientation Hotel Xima Colca requires an experienced kitchen assistant with hospitality experience to fill a seasonal position. Requirements: * Minimum education: Completed secondary school * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions within the hospitality industry * Availability to work rotating shifts * Willingness to reside in Yanque Competencies: * Knowledge of kitchen standards and procedures * Proactivity * High sense of responsibility and results orientation * Ability to work under pressure * Collaboration and support Responsibilities: * Preparation of necessary mise en place for job execution * Proper portioning of meat and other ingredients for dish preparation * Preparation of meals for hotel staff * Following appropriate procedures for plating and presentation of dishes * Labeling products according to FIFO principles * Performing full kitchen cleaning at the start of each day * Daily review of raw material inventory * Monitoring usage of raw materials and waste generation * Preparation of required ingredients for job execution * Placing orders and storing raw materials and kitchen supplies * Verifying food quality and stock levels required to meet daily sales targets * Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and that personnel under supervision perform their duties correctly Position Type: Temporary Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
