What are we looking for? We seek dynamic individuals with a commercial mindset, results-oriented attitudes, and a passion for field sales. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Prospect and acquire new customers. ✅ Conduct daily commercial visits. ✅ Present and promote our products. ✅ Manage orders and follow up with the customer portfolio. ✅ Execute initiatives to increase brand presence in the market. ✅ Meet commercial KPIs and targets. Requirements: * Field sales experience (mass consumption, beverages, or related sectors — preferred). * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Proactivity and customer orientation. * Availability to travel within Metropolitan Lima. * Basic proficiency in mobile tools for visit registration.
