Job Summary: We are seeking Field Supervisors in Telecommunications to lead the deployment of fiber optic networks and implementation of equipment, ensuring quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the deployment of fiber optic networks and telecommunications equipment. 2. Ensure quality standards for fiber optic splicing and certification. 3. Coordinate and supervise field crews, ensuring compliance with procedures and schedules. We are currently seeking top talent to fill **Field Supervisor positions in Telecommunications in: Cajamarca, Ancash, Trujillo, and Huánuco.** **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in telecommunications or electronics. * 2 years of experience in the position. * Experience using OTDR and interpreting reflectometric graphs, commissioning BBU and routers. * Valid driver's license. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the deployment of external plant fiber optic networks (aerial, underground, or ducted), verifying correct installation and compliance with technical specifications. * Supervise fusion splicing and fiber organization work, ensuring network quality standards. * Verify fiber optic link testing and certification using measurement equipment (OTDR and power meters). * Supervise the installation and implementation of telecommunications equipment at radio base stations (RAN, BBU, antennas, switches, routers, and power systems). * Coordinate technical testing, integration, and commissioning of installed equipment. * Conduct field visits and collect technical information (TSS and fiber routes) for telecommunications projects. * Coordinate and supervise field work crews, ensuring compliance with technical procedures and schedules. * Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and supervise compliance with safety regulations and PPE usage.
