Job Summary: Provide operational support in the blasting process, ensuring correct implementation of the plan in coordination with the supervisor and maintaining area safety. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure proper preparation and execution of blasts. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Provide operational support in the blasting process to ensure correct implementation of the blasting program or plan in coordination with the Area Supervisor. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Transport explosives and blasting accessories to the blasting project in coordination with the blasting supervisor. * Provide operational support at the project to execute the blasting plan. * Control traffic at designated points within the blasting impact zone to ensure no people or vehicles are at risk. * Safely guide the mobile explosive manufacturing unit truck within the blasting project to minimize contingencies. * Ensure drill holes are primed, loaded, and stemmed according to the blasting design. Support unit operations by performing minor tasks. * Strictly follow instructions provided by the supervisor for unit operation. * Comply with operational procedures for each unit. * Monitor unit operating parameters. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum: completed secondary education. * Preferred: 2 years of experience in loading and stemming blastholes. * Preferred: knowledge of production processes.
