Job Summary: We are seeking a Front-End Loader Operator to operate and maintain heavy machinery, ensuring material production and delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and maintain the front-end loader according to instructions 2. Homogenize aggregates and calibrate hoppers 3. We operate in concrete, aggregates, and precast businesses. As part of our growth plan, we are seeking top talent to fill the position of Front-End Loader Operator - Arequipa. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Knowledge of yellow-line maintenance (desirable). Two years of experience in similar positions. Valid driver's license class AIIB is mandatory. Must reside in Arequipa or Islay (mandatory). Responsibilities: Complete the equipment and vehicle checklists before commencing operations. Operate the front-end loader according to instructions from the plant manager. Homogenize aggregates for precast production. Calibrate the hopper to load aggregates. Transport precast products to designated locations. Clean and perform maintenance on machinery at the end of each shift. Deliver precast products to customers. Continuously verify that plant feed hoppers are full to prevent plants from operating empty. Clean the assigned unit. Ensure proper operation and maintenance of the unit. Support equipment maintenance activities. Feed aggregates into plants. Coordinate with the Production Supervisor regarding assigned tasks. Report fuel consumption. Stack incoming materials in the dispatch warehouse as instructed by the Dispatch Supervisor. Load incoming units with the material specified on the delivery guide. Comply with activities outlined in the company’s integrated management system. Support other activities and/or tasks assigned by the Business Management.
