Requirements 1. Licensed Medical Surgeon 2. Valid medical license 3. Diploma in Occupational Health 4. Medical Board registration dated 2022 or earlier (more than 3 years of board membership) Responsibilities - Evaluation of driver's license applicants and occupational health applicants - Administration and interpretation of Occupational Health Functional Tests Conditions - Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 2 PM - Payroll or Honorarium Receipt (choice available) Salary: S/.3,500.00 - S/.4,000.00 per day Workplace: On-site employment
