Job Summary: Nexo Desarrollo Inmobiliaria is seeking a proactive General Services Operator to maintain the overall operational integrity of its buildings and supervise maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain full operational functionality of buildings and equipment. 2. Inspect critical equipment and supervise maintenance activities. 3. Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and locksmithing tasks. Nexo Desarrollo Inmobiliaria, a Peruvian company specializing in comprehensive real estate management services for shopping centers, corporate buildings, beach clubs, residential condominiums, and parking lots, is seeking top talent for the position of: **GENERAL SERVICES OPERATOR.** REQUIREMENTS: * Knowledge of plumbing, painting, and supervision of service-providing companies. * Proactive attitude with ability to resolve daily incidents occurring in the building. * Preferred experience of 1 year or more in building maintenance within corporate buildings, offices, shopping centers, or similar facilities. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday; fixed day off on Sunday. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure the building operates correctly and fully — i.e., all equipment and installations function properly. * Conduct daily inspections of the building’s critical equipment. * Ensure proper operation of building equipment and systems: air conditioning, elevators, fire alarm systems and equipment, water pumping systems, generator sets, stairwell pressurization systems, etc. * Supervise adherence to the building’s scheduled maintenance plan. * Supervise maintenance work performed by external service-providing companies. * Perform minor tasks such as replacing light fixtures and/or outlets, programming lighting systems, cleaning smoke detectors, maintaining emergency lights, plumbing work, and/or locksmithing tasks. * Inspect electromechanical installations, electrical conditions and infrastructure status, basements, water tanks, staircases, etc. * Prepare and submit periodic activity reports to the immediate supervisor and promptly report incidents affecting equipment or systems. * Respond to emergency events related to plumbing or electrical incidents. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and procedures.
