Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance 2. Carry out plumbing and general maintenance tasks 3. Incomplete or completed studies in Maintenance or related fields. 2\. 6 months of experience. 3\. Knowledge of BPM. 4\. Availability to work in Santa Anita. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance. 2\. Carry out plumbing work, sanitary network repairs, and general maintenance. 3\. Perform preventive maintenance on electrical networks and installations. 4\. Conduct minor electrical works and support new installations. 5\. Supervise and follow up on work performed by external suppliers. 6\. Ensure the proper condition and preservation of equipment and facilities. 7\. Complete maintenance reports and forms. 8\.
