Job Summary: Nexo Desarrollo Inmobiliaria is seeking a proactive General Services Operator to maintain the operational efficiency and proper functioning of corporate buildings and shopping centers. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of plumbing, painting, and supervision of services. 2. Ability to resolve daily incidents. 3. Supervision and maintenance of building equipment and facilities. Nexo Desarrollo Inmobiliaria, a Peruvian company specializing in comprehensive real estate management services for shopping centers, corporate buildings, beach clubs, residential condominiums, and parking lots, is seeking top talent for the position of: GENERAL SERVICES OPERATOR. REQUIREMENTS: * Knowledge of plumbing, painting, and supervision of service-providing companies. * Proactive attitude with the ability to resolve daily incidents occurring in the building. * Preferred experience of 1 year or more in maintenance for corporate buildings, offices, shopping centers, or similar facilities. * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintain the building in full and proper operational condition, ensuring all equipment and facilities function correctly. * Conduct daily inspections of critical building equipment. * Ensure proper operation of building equipment and systems: air conditioning, elevators, fire alarm systems and equipment, water pumping systems, generator sets, stairwell pressurization, etc. * Supervise adherence to the building’s scheduled maintenance plan. * Supervise maintenance work performed by external service-providing companies. * Perform minor tasks, such as replacing light fixtures and/or outlets, programming lighting systems, cleaning smoke detectors, maintaining emergency lights, plumbing work, and/or locksmithing. * Inspect electromechanical installations, electrical conditions and infrastructure, basements, water tanks, staircases, etc. * Prepare and submit periodic activity reports to the immediate supervisor and promptly report incidents affecting equipment or systems. * Respond to emergency events related to plumbing and electrical incidents. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and procedures.
