Human Resources General Description: A technical professional responsible for supporting the operational management of the Human Resources department, participating in recruitment processes, personnel administration, attendance control, and compliance with labor regulations, thereby contributing to a positive organizational climate. Main Responsibilities: Support in recruitment and personnel selection (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination). Management of employee personnel files (filing and updating of documents). Attendance, tardiness, and overtime tracking. Support in hiring and onboarding of new employees. Preparation of employment contracts and monitoring of expiration dates. Coordination of internal training programs. Support in payroll and labor benefits (in accordance with current regulations). Management of vacations, leaves, and absences. Support in workplace climate and employee well-being initiatives.
