We are currently seeking an ***HR Intern***. **Our ideal candidate?** * Final-year student and/or graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Prior internship experience or administrative functions related to Human Resources is desirable. * Availability to attend our office in San Isidro. * Interest in developing expertise in payroll, compensation, and personnel administration. **Responsibilities:** * Support the processing and validation of information for payroll preparation. * Register and update employee information in systems. * Assist in recording and tracking collections and payments in the system. * Support the calculation and validation of remunerative concepts and deductions. * Provide support in filing and reviewing information for government entities. * Assist in other duties inherent to the Human Resources department. **Requirements:** * Intermediate/advanced English. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Basic knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of payroll systems or HR ERP systems is desirable. **We offer:** * Six-month renewable internship contract. * Monthly financial stipend. * Additional half-stipend upon completion of six months. * 100% coverage of private medical insurance (FOLA). * Ongoing training. * Positive work environment.
