We are looking for a proactive **Human Resources Analyst** to lead, execute, and optimize Human Capital Management processes within our company. If you have experience in retail, mass consumption, or import sectors, we want to meet you! **Your primary mission** Ensure the proper functioning of the Human Capital Management department by monitoring, executing, and directing all required processes and tasks. **General and Specific Job Responsibilities** * Manage the full recruitment and selection cycle for operational and administrative profiles. * Post job openings across various job boards and social media platforms. * Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees. * Administer payroll and personnel updates in coordination with Accounting (hires, terminations, etc.). * Design, implement, and oversee the company’s training and development plan. * Maintain up-to-date and digitized departmental information (internal documents and employee files). * Prepare human capital management indicators and reports for senior management. * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations (SUNAFIL, Occupational Safety and Health). * Drive initiatives to improve workplace climate and organizational culture. * Propose multichannel improvements across the company. * Participate in internal company activities and committees. * Promote the proper implementation and visibility of organizational values across the entire value chain. * Perform other duties, responsibilities, and assignments delegated by the direct supervisor, consistent with applicable regulations. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * **Specialization:** Courses or specialization in Human Resources. * **Experience:** 2–4 years performing similar functions, preferably in retail, imports, or mass consumption sectors. * **Technical knowledge:** Familiarity with SUNAT and SUNAFIL online portals, Power\-BI, Intermediate Excel, ERP systems. **Employment Conditions and Benefits** You will join under the **Small Enterprise Regime (PYME/MYPE)**, with the following conditions: * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. \| Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * **Health coverage:** EsSalud. * **Salary payment:** Biweekly. * **Vacation days:** 15 calendar days per year. * **CTS (Compensatory Time Savings):** 50%. * **Bonus payments:** 50%. **Are you ready to take the next step in your career and make an impact in our organization?
