Coordination with key procurement departments Job Description: A leading company specializing in the commercialization of Christmas gift baskets is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor from disciplines such as Administration, Industrial Engineering, and related fields to oversee the entire process of product receipt, control, and delivery — seasonal employment from September to December. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Receiving and Verification:** Receive, verify, and confirm incoming goods, equipment, and materials to ensure compliance with purchase orders. * **Stock Control:** Maintain precise inventory control, conduct periodic stock counts, and place new orders when necessary. * **Warehouse Organization:** Allocate warehouse space logically and efficiently, zoning merchandise to facilitate location and retrieval. * **Goods Flow Management:** Supervise the entire supply flow, from goods receipt through final delivery to the recipient. * **Dispatch Management:** Coordinate and authorize merchandise selection for subsequent delivery to internal departments. * **Coordination:** Collaborate closely with procurement and supply departments to ensure appropriate inventory replenishment. * **Documentation:** Maintain up-to-date records and files of transaction-related documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders. * **Reporting:** Prepare daily, periodic, and monthly reports on warehouse activities—including receipts, shipments, stock levels—and propose improvement actions. * **Process Monitoring:** Ensure proper functioning of storage processes by utilizing computerized systems and adhering to established procedures. * **Staff Supervision:** Lead and supervise warehouse personnel, managing their work schedules and performance. * **Safety and Maintenance:** Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, including risk prevention plans and correct use of personal protective equipment. * **Training and Development:** Train and develop team members on warehouse functions and procedures.
