Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineering graduate to supervise and coordinate the safe and technically sound execution of work, as well as ensure compliance with engineering standards and procedures in the field. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and coordination of personnel and suppliers 2. Ensuring safe and technically sound execution of high-risk work 3. Compliance with engineering standards and procedures An Industrial Engineering graduate is required to perform the following tasks. \* Implement and enforce engineering department procedures and standards in the field. \* Coordinate and supervise internal workers as well as external suppliers and contractors to ensure proper execution of work. \* Supervise the safe and technically sound execution of assigned work, especially high-risk activities (e.g., working at heights, hot work, lockout, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: \* Basic English proficiency (desirable). \* Intermediate MS Project skills (desirable). \* Basic knowledge of costs and budgeting (desirable).
