Description

Job Summary: Engineering professional responsible for installation coordination, technical query management, on-site execution supervision, and regulatory compliance control for real estate projects. Analysis of quantities and budgets Responsibilities: * Coordinate installations with architecture and structural disciplines to anticipate interferences and technical risks. * Manage RFIs, technical queries, and approvals with designers and contractors. * Evaluate technical and economic proposals from installation subcontractors. * Supervise correct on-site execution, ensuring compliance with drawings, regulations, and project standards. * Control quantities, valuations, and variations related to installations. * Verify compliance with current regulations (RNE, technical codes, requirements of service providers). * Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover of installed systems. Requirements: * Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate projects or multi-family buildings. * Specific experience in: Medium- and large-scale real estate projects; sanitary, electrical, and mechanical installations; coordination among developers, designers, and construction teams; technical coordination and cost control; interaction with suppliers and subcontractors. Languages / Required Proficiency: * Technical English: basic to intermediate (preferred) * Key tools or software: AutoCAD (mandatory), intermediate-to-advanced Excel, MS Project or similar (preferred) * Technical competencies: In-depth knowledge of technical regulations and RNE, ability to read and review drawings, analysis of quantities and budgets, RFI management and construction control * Strong communication skills (both clear and technical), multidisciplinary coordination ability, organizational discipline, sound technical judgment and solution-oriented mindset, cost-, schedule-, and quality-focused attitude, proactivity, and sense of urgency Benefits: * Formal employment registration (payroll) * Statutory benefits Salary: S/.4,000.00 \- S/.4,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
