Opportunity to grow into greater technical responsibility. **JOB POSTING** **About Us** We are an engineering consultancy specializing in hydraulic, hydrological, and hydrogeological studies; irrigation and drainage systems; riverbank protection; and preparation of technical documents. **What We Are Looking For** A junior engineer oriented toward hydrology, but with genuine willingness to also support hydraulics and other technical area activities. **Profile We Seek** * Views technical challenges as opportunities for learning, innovation, and professional growth. * Acts autonomously, identifying necessary actions to achieve objectives. * Demonstrates leadership potential by assuming responsibilities and coordinating tasks independently and with commitment. * Takes initiative to research independently (regulations, methodologies, software) when lacking knowledge, rather than waiting for answers. * Hydrology orientation (hydrological modeling, water balance, peak flood estimation, etc.), with openness to supporting hydraulics, drainage, or other studies as project needs arise. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of hydrology and hydraulics (undergraduate courses, thesis, or prior projects count). * Proficiency with tools such as HEC\-HMS, HEC\-RAS, ArcGIS/QGIS (desirable but not mandatory). * Technical writing ability for reports and studies.
