Job Summary: El Gran Molino is seeking Bakery Operators to ensure logistics operations, regulatory compliance, and service indicator generation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead logistics operations 2. Ensure regulatory compliance (HACCP, PGH, ISO9001) 3. We are currently seeking Bakery Operators to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Manage, lead, and resolve logistics operations: Ensuring company operations, maintaining service and quality standards, proposing improvements to our internal team across departments within the area (procurement, warehouse and dosing, distribution and dispatch), and achieving established profitability and operational efficiency goals. \- Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee compliance with all relevant regulations and standards regarding safety, environment, and transportation, as well as the company’s internal policies and standards (e.g., HACCP, PGH, ISO9001\) \- Generate service level indicators for plant and stores according to established ANS (on-time delivery, departure time, loading/unloading times, complete orders, rescheduling, returns, etc.). REQUIREMENTS: \- Academic Background: Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Administration Degree, Agro-Food Engineering, or related fields. \- Basic technical English. \- Proficiency in ERPs with experience in indicator optimization and operational automation. \- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. \- Experience managing MRP for replenishment, transfer, and procurement processes.
