Manage purchase orders and monitor deliveries. Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and construction site departments. Control inventory and perform stock reconciliations. Record logistics movements in ERP or internal systems. Verify delivery notes, invoices, and supplier documentation. Prepare reports on consumption, costs, and delivery times. Support supplier qualification and evaluation processes. Identify opportunities for improvement in logistics processes. Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or technical/university graduate in: Industrial Engineering Administration Logistics International Business Transportation Engineering or related fields Experience: 6 months to 2 years in logistics, warehousing, procurement, or purchasing. Desirable experience in construction, mining, or industrial companies. Technical Knowledge: Inventory and procurement management. Handling of purchase orders. Intermediate or advanced Excel: Basic dashboards S10 (desirable) Basic knowledge of supply chain and construction site logistics. Desirable knowledge of construction materials.
