Real projects with business impact **Company:** Axiora SAC **Location:** Lima – On-site work **Salary:** S/2,000.00 – S/3,000.00 per month **Contract Type:** Service agreement – 3 months (renewable based on performance) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **About the Role** We seek a junior developer with solid foundations in Python and SQL to join our IT team. You will develop new integration components between corporate databases and maintain internal applications within a financial-sector environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to **take the next step in their career**, learn from an experienced team, and gain exposure to real projects with tangible business impact. **Requirements** - Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or technical diploma in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. - **0–2 years** of software development experience (internships and personal projects are considered). - Solid knowledge of **Python**. - Proficiency in **SQL** – queries, joins, subqueries, views. Familiarity with **Oracle** and/or **SQL Server**. - Experience with **Git / GitHub** for version control. - Ability to **read, understand, and modify existing code** (critical for maintenance tasks). - Basic knowledge of report generation using **pandas** and **openpyxl** (Excel). - Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong communication skills with functional users. **Desirable (not mandatory)** - Experience with Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI). - Experience with ETL processes or data integration between systems. - PDF report generation (reportlab, WeasyPrint). - Basic AWS knowledge (EC2, RDS, S3). - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience or genuine interest in the financial sector. - Willingness to learn about functional business domains (accounting, operations, legal). **Main Responsibilities** - Develop new Python-based components and processes according to functional area requirements. - Implement integrations between corporate databases (Oracle and SQL Server). - Provide corrective and evolutionary maintenance for existing internal applications. - Build operational reports in Excel and/or PDF for functional areas. - Conduct unit and integration testing of developed code. - Document implemented developments, queries, and processes. - Coordinate with functional areas and the IT team to resolve functional and technical questions. **Application Instructions** Please send your **CV in PDF format** to: **johana.huaman@axiora.pe** **Subject:** **Application – Junior Python Developer** In the email body, briefly include: - Your salary expectation within the stated range. - Your availability to start. - Link to your GitHub profile or portfolio (if applicable).
