We are currently seeking a Junior Supervisor - Electrical Engineering to join our team. Support field management and supervision of contractors and work crews across various electrical operations. Supervise and coordinate daily activities of work teams. Ensure correct execution of assigned tasks. Collaborate with the technical team in identifying and resolving field issues. Ensure compliance with established quality and safety standards. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. What do you need to apply? University degree (graduated) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields. 2 years of experience in Medium and Low Voltage Network works. Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations. Availability to work in San Juan de Miraflores on a rotating schedule. What do we offer?
