Job Summary: We are seeking Kitchen Assistants to support the preparation of Mediterranean dishes, sandwiches, and salads, ensuring quality, hygiene, and presentation. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in preparing Mediterranean dishes and cafeteria items. 2. Quality and hygiene control in the kitchen. 3. Collaboration in pastry and dessert preparation. We are a major Mediterranean restaurant chain with multiple locations. **REQUIREMENT: KITCHEN ASSISTANT \- MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE** Assist in preparing gourmet dishes, sandwiches, traditional German salads, and cafeteria items, ensuring compliance with the establishment's quality, hygiene, and presentation standards. * Mise en Place: Measure, weigh, cut, and prepare basic ingredients for dough, fillings, and savory dishes. * Pastry Support: Assist in preparing and decorating display cakes and desserts. * Savory Preparation: Collaborate in assembling sandwiches, salads, pasta, milanesas, beverages, and breakfast items for the cafeteria. * Quality Control: Verify ingredient freshness and ensure proper labeling and storage according to rotation standards (FIFO/FEFO). * Cleaning and Hygiene: Maintain clean and disinfected workstations, utensils, and equipment under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards. * Stock Management: Support inventory control and goods receipt. QUANTITY: 7 STAFF * Surco Branch (near La Encalada) \= 1 staff member * Miraflores Branch \= 3 staff members * San Isidro Branch \= 3 staff members Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions.
