Through our Gastronomic Training Program, you will receive hands-on training, learn the fundamentals of professional cooking, and develop skills that will enable you to build a career path within our organization. Positions available at our Mediterranean locations in the North Zone: · Plaza Norte La Marina Araníbar What You’ll Do: · Assist in preparing dishes according to recipes and established standards. Perform mise en place (cutting, portioning, and organizing ingredients). Maintain order and cleanliness at your workstation. Comply with good food handling practices. Actively participate in the training process. What We’re Looking For: · Minimum 1–3 months of kitchen experience or strong eagerness to learn. Completion or ongoing enrollment in gastronomy studies is desirable. Completed secondary education. Proactive attitude, orderliness, and commitment. Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure. Conditions · Rotating shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 11:45 p.m. 8-hour workday + 45-minute break.
