Position Summary: We are seeking a Leaching Operator (CIP) to operate and control the Carbon-in-Pulp (CIP) leaching circuit, monitor process parameters, and handle chemical reagents at a gold mineral processing plant. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and control the Carbon-in-Pulp (CIP) leaching circuit 2. Monitor key operational parameters of the process 3. Handle chemical reagents and activated carbon We are currently recruiting a **Leaching Operator (CIP)** to join our team at a gold mineral processing plant. Responsibilities * Operate and control the Carbon-in-Pulp (CIP) leaching circuit. * Monitor operational parameters (pH, free cyanide, pulp density, and reagent dosing). * Prepare and dose chemical reagents according to established procedures. * Manage activated carbon (dosing, cleaning, harvesting, and replenishment). * Inspect plant equipment such as pumps, agitators, tanks, and dosing systems. * Record operational parameters and comply with SSOMA procedures. Requirements * Technical degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in gold mineral processing plants. * Experience in **Carbon-in-Pulp (CIP/CIL)** leaching processes. * Knowledge of handling chemical reagents and activated carbon. * Availability to work under a **20x10** schedule.
