Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to provide operational support in receiving, storage, inventory control, order preparation, and dispatching within the retail sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in goods receiving and dispatching 2. Assistance in inventory control and warehouse organization 3. Performing picking and packing for various sales channels A retail-sector company is looking for a **Logistics Assistant**, responsible for providing operational support in receiving, storage, inventory control, order preparation, and dispatching, ensuring proper handling of merchandise and timely delivery to various sales channels. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in receiving and dispatching goods, including imported products and those from suppliers. * Collaborate on inventory control, cycle counts, and warehouse organization (central warehouse and points of sale). * Perform picking and packing of orders for stores, e-commerce, marketplaces, and wholesale customers, meeting quality standards. * Verify merchandise integrity upon entry and exit (damage, dates, packaging) and report incidents. * Manage stock documentation in the system and record warehouse movements. * Ensure proper product rotation (FEFO) and storage conditions. * Coordinate with couriers, delivery services, and motorcycle couriers to track dispatches until final delivery. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse in accordance with internal guidelines. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or technical studies in Logistics, Administration, Warehousing, or related fields (preferred). * 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, dispatching, inventory, or distribution. * Retail experience (valued). * Motorcycle license (preferred). **Conditions:** * Work modality: On-site (Santa Beatriz). * Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday. * Formal employment registration from day one. * Career progression opportunities within the operations/logistics department.
