Job Summary: Responsible for controlling, managing, and optimizing the supply chain, goods, equipment, and stock at the mining unit, ensuring their availability and good condition. Key Highlights: 1. Formal payroll enrollment according to law **Location:** Antapaccay Mining Unit – Espinar, Cusco **Work Mode:** On-site Main Responsibilities: * Control and manage acquired goods, supplies, and equipment, ensuring their proper condition and distribution across various company departments. * Plan, coordinate, and control the entire supply chain required by the company. * Supply and manage personal protective equipment (PPE), replacing items upon deterioration with proper authorization. * Receive, inspect, and register materials, consumables, and spare parts entering the warehouse, verifying conformity with delivery notes. * Code and maintain accurate control of equipment, tools, and materials, ensuring identification and good condition. * Maintain strict stock control of materials and consumables, reporting on availability and requesting timely replenishment. * Enter and update equipment, tool, consumable, and material inventory in the operating system, ensuring accurate recording of receipts and issuances. * Supervise appropriate storage of spare parts and materials, guaranteeing proper preservation, accessibility, and security. * Coordinate with the maintenance team on scheduling shutdowns and preventive actions, ensuring availability of critical spare parts and materials. * Optimize stock levels, identifying critical spare parts and planning strategic replenishments to avoid downtime. * Prepare budgets for material procurement and maintenance, controlling expenditures and optimizing resources without compromising quality. Requirements: * Completed technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position and in mechanical plant maintenance (preferred). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong organizational, follow-up, and pressure-handling capabilities. * Willingness to work under the mining labor regime.
