Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor and Technician to supervise and perform comprehensive maintenance tasks, including electrical work, plumbing, painting, and carpentry, ensuring the proper functioning of facilities. Coordinates maintenance requests and verifies equipment functionality MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR AND TECHNICIAN We are currently looking for a **Maintenance Supervisor and Technician** to join our team. Responsibilities: * Supervise and carry out maintenance work. * Perform electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and minor repair tasks. * Coordinate and address facility maintenance requests. * Verify the proper functioning of equipment and infrastructure. * Manage appropriate use of materials and tools. * Comply with and enforce workplace safety regulations. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of comprehensive facility maintenance. * Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment. * Leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Availability to work in San Isidro. Working Conditions: **Workplace:** International Labour Organization – Las Flores Street 275, San Isidro. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Compensation:** * Base salary: S/ 1,880 * Bonus: S/ 495 * Full payroll registration and all statutory benefits. **Total: S/ 2,375 per month** Interested candidates should submit their updated CV, indicating in the subject line: **"Maintenance Supervisor and Technician"**.
