Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Intern to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media, working collaboratively with an audiovisual producer. Direct participation in content planning and creation. We seek a Marketing Intern who is creative, proactive, and eager to learn, with interest in gaining experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media. The selected candidate will work closely with our audiovisual producer, contributing ideas, trends, and strategies to develop engaging, results-oriented content. Responsibilities Stay updated on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platform trends to propose video and content ideas. Create and organize the weekly or monthly social media content calendar. Propose creative ideas for videos, posts, and digital campaigns. Collaborate with our audiovisual producer to plan and develop content. Analyze which formats, trends, and content types yield the best results. Perform audience segmentation for digital advertising campaigns. Set up and manage basic TikTok Ads campaigns. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads for creating and managing advertising campaigns. (Optional/desirable). Support in planning content and advertising strategies for social media. Track post and campaign performance to suggest improvements. Requirements Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Audiovisual Communication, or related fields. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media. Familiarity with and continuous updates on TikTok, Instagram, and digital content trends. Knowledge of TikTok Ads. Knowledge of audience segmentation for advertising campaigns. Creativity and ability to propose content ideas. Responsibility, proactivity, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and coordinate directly with the audiovisual department. What We Offer Transportation and meal allowances during working hours.
